Methodology
City HTML reads the application cache. Cold and stale requests enqueue a deduplicated, budgeted refresh; HTML does not wait for a live provider request. Source and retrieval times are shown separately. Expired or insufficient forecasts are excluded from the sitemap.
Provider daily aggregates cover explicitly shown 24-hour UTC intervals. These are not local calendar days; local DST days can have 23 or 25 hours.
Hourly IFS values may be interpolated from coarser native steps. They are model estimates, not measurements.
Forecasts have spatial and temporal uncertainty. Stale, missing and no-coverage values must not be treated as physical zero. No accuracy or search ranking is guaranteed.
PV output is a forecast, not a measurement. GHI is not DNI. Model spread is not probability. Private installations require sign-in and never enter this city inventory.
